How to Turn Household Chat into Shared Tasks
A step-by-step Kynspace workflow: create a Space, invite your household, review AI suggestions and Pin confirmed tasks.
Kynspace combines a shared chat, called the Stream, with a shared Record. AI can suggest commitments, decisions, lists and ideas from messages inside that Stream. People choose what to keep.
1. Create a Space and invite your household
Use one Space for the people involved in the plan. Share its invitation link through any messaging app. Sharing the link does not connect the other app’s conversation to Kynspace.
2. Discuss one specific action
Illustrative message: “I’ll call the landlord tomorrow.” State the action and timing clearly. Ask for clarification if someone says “maybe” or the owner is ambiguous.
3. Review the suggestion
When AI proposes an item, check its wording, owner and date. Tap Pin to save it or Dismiss if it misunderstood. Detection is not guaranteed; you can create an item manually when needed.
4. Follow up in the Record
Find the confirmed commitment in the Space’s Record. Check the action after completing it. If the timing needs changing, discuss and propose a new date so people can respond to the revised plan.
A short checklist before you Pin
Is this a real commitment? Is the action clear? Is the owner correct? Does the date match the conversation? Should this be an idea or decision instead?
